e-RFX
e-RFX is the name coined for the three requisition tools namely Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotation (RFQ), and Request for Information (RFI).
RFI
In this module, the buyer requests for an information to be furnished for any particular product/services.
RFQ
Our RFQ application allows you to get online quotes for Low Ticket Items in real time. Alternatively RFQ can be used for identifying the current price of a given product or services, which can then be set as the Start price for Reverse Auction, Forward Auction, e-Tendering, etc.
RFP
This module is just another version of e-tendering but can be considered as a combination of RFI & RFQ. This is also applicable when the time is short for procurement of any item.
Supplier Registration
This mechanism is to facilitate the departments / corporate to maintain their supplier database. The organization which subscribes to this service can categorize the suppliers based on their products such that whenever any requirement for any particular product/services arises, the intimation regarding the same can be reached out to the prospective suppliers. The organizations can also grade their vendors based on their past performance on any defined parameters. With this service, any organization can centrally manage their vendor database and can promote any of their procurement events.

Quality Process
- Process study & Requirement gathering : In this stage, our project manager meets the client to understand the course, business process, and design and platform/technology requirements to have a better view of the client’s requirements. Terms of cost, effort, schedule, and deliverables and functional specifications are generated in this stage.
- Analysis & Design : Experts from project management & software development team analyses the client’s requirements, design the hardware and software architecture and their implications on product development. Based on the analysis, a design specification document is prepared and along with this test plans get generated.
- Development & Testing : In this stage, our development team kick starts the actual development of the application where the creation of graphics and coding takes place. All types of testing takes place at the different phases of this stage.
- Implementation, Deployment and Training : In this stage, the BETA version of the application is installed for the use of the clients. - e-Procurement Pilots – You can conduct a few events on a pilot basis to see if e-Procurement works for you and if not you can discontinue anytime.
- Pay Per Event – If you cannot commit fixed no. of events/annum, you can choose to go for this model which will work out to be quite economical.
- Fixed Annual License fee - If you have more than 250 events/annum, then you can choose this Model, which will be very cost-effective.
- Software License Purchase – If you have a 500+ events/annum, you can choose to go for this model, which involves a one-time payment.
- Success based Model – In this model, our fees are in % of savings achieved, provided your procurement is in excess of
a certain tender value per annum.
